Shipping Policy

ORDERS AND PAYMENT METHODS
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Delivery will be processed upon confirmation of payment.
 

To promote the privacy and security of the documents and information to be transmitted through the Internet, users can pay their purchases through the Paypal payment management entity, Credit/Debit card or by bank transfer. 

 DELIVERY
The shipment of our products is done via Expresso, through registered mail.

To maximize the security, we always provide a tracking code, so you can track it on the courier website.

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders within the Portugal and Spain.

Orders typically ship witin 1-2 business days from our Santa Maria da Feira warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. INGUZ.PT will cantact you via email if there are issues with your order.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 p.m. will begin processing that day. 

 Orders placed after 2 p.m. or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

If the product you ordered is in stock, the maximum reception period is 5-7 days for rest of the world , or even earlier, in this case for Europe 3-5 days and Portugal 2-3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For any international shipping, delivery cost will be borne by INGUZ on orders above 150€ for the European Union.

Shipments to the rest of the world will be supported by the customer. Please send us an email to weloveinguz@gmail.com for any doubt for in the shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is our online returns policy?

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 15 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.  If 15 days have gone by since the item was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For itens market 20% off or greater we accept returns within 7 days upon receipt.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer our customers a refund for the original postage. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Especially for Footwear, please make sure you try the goods received in a well conditioned environment in order to preserve the goods in perfect selling order if returning. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

How do I return an order or item from my order?

After purchasing your new INGUZs, please tray them on for size and fit clean and carpeted surface until you are perfect for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
All you have to do if you want to return an item is to send us an email with the following information:
– order ref.
– name on the order
– reason for returning: if you want to return for an exchange or refund
We will identify the order and walk you through the rest of the process.

Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it, so you know we will be getting the return and making the necessary actions!

How long it will be until I get my refund?
As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed.

How long it will be before I get an exchange?
We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. Once your return has been processed, and provided we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within 3-7 working days. If the item you want to exchange to is not currently in stock, we will inform you of the estimated time of arrival for the replacement. If we cannot process an exchange due to lack of stock we will offer you a refund.
